ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Non-start assistance
A non-start fault could relate to the battery, starting system, electrical supply or another cause. Describe any dashboard warnings, clicking noises or attempts to start.
What to tell us
Give the vehicle location, registration, vehicle type and any relevant fault details. We use this information to request an appropriate operator quote and ETA.
How pricing works
OTTERS requests operator quotes, confirms availability and presents the full customer price before payment or dispatch. The recovery business completes the physical work.
Does a non-start always mean the battery is flat?
No. A faulty starter, connection, immobiliser or other fault also prevents starting. The attending operator will assess the reported symptoms.
