OTTERS provides the online request and coordination service. Independent recovery operators carry out physical towing, vehicle transport and roadside work when a booking is confirmed.
How the service works
Give the pickup details, vehicle information and service required. OTTERS contacts independent operators directly to request prices and estimated arrival times. Operators do not need a website account to discuss a job. You will review the full price and available operator information before agreeing to paid service.
