OPERATORS
Operator participation terms
Effective 18 October 2026. These public terms describe the proposed provider relationship. A binding signed or digitally accepted operator agreement is required before live assignments.
Separate businesses
OTTERS is a trading name of CtrlOn Group Ltd and arranges marketplace bookings. The operator remains an independent business providing the physical recovery service. Nothing in this document creates employment, a franchise or a guarantee of jobs.
Documents and compliance
Operators must provide accurate identity, business, vehicle, driver and insurance information and keep authorisations current. Operators retain responsibility for lawful vehicle use, driving and loading rules, roadworthiness, safe working practices and other applicable obligations.
Offers and pricing
Operators must submit accurate quotes and pickup estimates. Accepted customer totals must not be altered directly with the customer. Price revisions need recorded customer agreement through OTTERS. The operator agrees its own service price with OTTERS. OTTERS presents a final customer price that includes the OTTERS brokerage markup. Any deposit, payment schedule and other terms must be recorded and accepted before dispatch.
Safety and customer information
Operators must make their own on-site safety assessment, obey relevant emergency and highway requirements and handle customer information only for the assigned job. Pre-assignment access to exact customer data is restricted.
Payment, disputes and completion
For Network Operator bookings, OTTERS records agreed deposits and final balances and pays suppliers using verified business payment details. Stripe Connect remains an option for later registered-operator participation. Verified customer payment, accepted assignment and defined completion evidence are required by the production workflow. Genuine disputes, cancellations or fraud concerns might delay a transfer under the accepted agreement and applicable law.
Contact
Email operations@roadotters.com or use the operator registration page.
Recovery photo evidence
For a recovery assignment, take at least one clear photograph at vehicle collection and at least one at completion. Send these directly to the OTTERS operations WhatsApp conversation with the job reference. Avoid people, unrelated property and unnecessary personal details in photographs. Do not post customer photographs in open operator groups.
Photographs support dispatch and service records. A message confirming a photo was sent does not establish that OTTERS received or reviewed it. OTTERS may request additional evidence before closing a disputed job.
