ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Tyre assistance
Request roadside assistance after a puncture, tyre damage or wheel problem.
What to tell us
Provide the vehicle model, tyre condition and whether a usable spare wheel is available. The operator decides which service is safe. Roadside tyre changes are not suitable in all locations.
UK-wide requests
OTTERS accepts enquiries from across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Availability depends on participating operators, travel distance, vehicle requirements and their acceptance. Submitting a request does not guarantee cover.
Price and booking
Any future operator quote will identify the total payable before you confirm payment. Do not assume a fixed nationwide rate. Mileage, location, service complexity and access affect the quote.
OTTERS is accepting assistance requests for review. Submitting details does not confirm an operator, journey, price or dispatch. Do not wait for the website in an emergency. Call 999 or 112 if there is immediate danger.
Tyre assistance: common questions
What information is needed to request a quote?
Provide the vehicle location, vehicle type, registration, condition and destination where relevant. OTTERS contacts independent operators and confirms prices and ETAs for the specific job.
When will a recovery operator be dispatched?
Dispatch follows acceptance of an available operator’s offer and confirmation of the full payment. Submitting your request alone does not dispatch an operator.
